The year is almost over! How are you going to spend the rest of the days?

You already know that 2024 is moving faster than we think, there are only 90 days left.

Just a few weeks ago, I shared my thoughts on one article “100 Days Left in 2024”. Now, we’re down to the final 90 Days, the clock is ticking even faster.

If you feel the time is flying and can’t able to progress anything, Don’t worry.

There are still plenty of things you can do in the last 90 days of 2024.

I’ll share how I’m doing it personally by using 5 simple strategies.

One thing I’ve learned from my blogging business, managing clients and following business tasks, if you don’t structure your time, the day itself structure your time.

I follow the 5-Step approach that helps me take control of my time, These steps are like my support system. The good news is, that they’re easy to follow, So you can do it.

Restart With Fresh Mind

Every 90 Days, I like to hit the restart button in my mind. It doesn’t mean I’m starting from scratch, but it’s a chance to rewind my past months, review what I done, and what didn’t.

I set my intention and get clear vision of what I want to achieve before the year ends.

Eg: I look at the projects that didn’t go as planned and ask, “What can I change?” Then, I restart them with a more strategic approach.

Practice Mindfulness Every Day

It’s tempting to rush your mind throughout the day, ticking your to do list, but that leads to stress. Instead, I’ve made mindfulness a part of my daily routine.

It’s as simple as taking 5-minute break every few hours to breathe and refocus. It keeps your mind focused better after taking small break.

Pro Tip: Before diving into the next task, pause, breathe and ask yourself. What’s the one thing I can do right now to make progress on my goals?

Set Targets and Deadlines

It’s easy to set goals, but without specific targets and deadlines, those goals just flow in the air.

I break down my bigger goals into smaller chunks with deadlines. It gives me a sense of urgency to finish the work as soon as possible, but not the overwhelming kind. It’s kind of productive pressure.

Personal Experience: For my blogging website, I set monthly traffic targets. Instead of thinking, “I want more visitors”, I get specific, like “I want to increase my visitors by 20% by the end of October”.

Then what happen? It increased by 1022%

Break and Reward System

We all need breaks, and I’ve learned that in the best way to stay motivated is to reward myself after achieving my goals.

The Bigger the goals, the bigger the rewards.

Breaks aren’t a waste of time; they’re a way to recharge and come back stronger

How I do: When I hit a content milestone for my blog, like publishing 10 articles in a month, I treat myself to a weekend off. It keeps me focused on my goals and gives me something to look on work.

Document Your Journey

There’s something powerful about documenting your process. Whether it’s journaling your wins and losses or keeping a to-do list, Writing things down helps you to stay accountable.

It’s a great way to track progress and see how far you’ve come.

What I’ve Notice: I started to keeping a simple log of my daily tasks and accomplishments, and looking back at it keeps me motivated. It’s proof that toughness won’t last forever.

Make these 90 Days Count

These are strategies might seem small, but they add up value to my life.
