But here’s the thing: the right tools make all the difference.

As a digital marketer, I work on WordPress developer, and blogger, the apps I use every day help me stay organized, create better content, and optimize everything from SEO to productivity.

Content Creation: From Ideas to Reality

If you follow me you know that creating engaging and high-quality content is a huge part of my day.

Whether it’s for a blog post on thesanjayl.com or social media, I rely on these apps to turn ideas into polished content:

WordPress

As a WordPress developer, this is my basic primary tool for building and maintaining websites.

It’s user-friendly, and the leverage with plugins like All in One SEO makes managing content and optimising blog for search engines to rank my website.

Canva

For quick and catchy designs, Canva is my only place.

Whether I’m creating social media posts, logo design or infographics, Canva provide templates that make my design process fast and smooth, even if you’re not a professional designer (like me).

Grammarly

Nobody wants to publish content filled with grammar mistakes.

Grammarly helps me keep my writing clear and professional. It find the small errors that can make a big difference, especially when you’re working on a tight deadline.

Adobe

For more advanced design work, I use Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Premiere pro. When I need detailed, custom video work, Adobe’s suite is best (but I didn’t use daily).

SEO Tools - Getting My Content Seen

Once I’ve write and create content, the next step is to make it’s seen by the right audience. SEO is key, and these tools help me stay ahead of the game

Google Analytics & Search Console

These are like assistant for tracking website performance. Google Analytics tells me what’s going good and what’s not.

Search Console helps me analyze search performance and fix issues that could boost ranking.

Ahrefs & SEMrush

Both of these tools are monopoly for keyword research and competitor analysis.

I use them to know what keywords are trending, where I can improve my rankings, and how my competitors are performing.

They also help me with backlink analysis, a main part of SEO.

All-in-One SEO (Plugin)

This is a WordPress plugin makes optimizing my website for SEO to rank my side.

It can customize everything from meta tags to XML sitemaps, helping my content get indexed faster and rank better in search results.

Writing & Research - Inspiration and Information

Good content requires good research. To find inspiration and reliable information, I turn to a few key platforms:

Medium

Aside from sharing my posts, Medium is great for finding trending topics and seeing what other writers are talking about.

It helps me stay on top of industry trends and gather ideas for my next blog post.

Reddit

I love Reddit for its active communities on much every topic under it.

Whether I’m looking for content ideas, the latest industry insights, or direct feedback from users, Reddit never disappoints.

Quora

When I need to dive deeper into a subject or see what questions people are asking about a particular topic, I head to Quora.

It’s an excellent tool for understanding audience pain points and creating content that addresses their needs.

This way, I’m never double-booked and can keep a healthy balance between work and life.

As a digital marketer, I know that being present on social media is non-negotiable. Here’s what I use to stay active and grow my online presence:
